EXPERT DOG BEHAVIOURIST & CANINE PSYCHOLOGIST
Once your consultation is booked, you’ll receive a detailed questionnaire to help me understand your dog’s behaviour and background before we speak. I’ll review this carefully and, if helpful, may ask for a short video of the behaviour you’re concerned about. We’ll then arrange your online consultation, where we’ll explore the root cause of the issue and agree on a clear, personalised plan. Three months of follow-up online advice is included, giving you continued guidance as you put the plan into action.

Make Your Payment
Start by completing the payment for your consultation. This confirms that you’d like help and allows the assessment process to begin.
Receive Your Behaviour Questionnaire Automatically
As soon as payment is made, you’ll receive a detailed questionnaire about your dog’s behaviour.
This gives me the background I need before we speak.
Complete and Submit the Questionnaire
Please complete the form with as much detail as possible.
The more information you provide, the more accurate and helpful your assessment will be.
I Review Your Case Thoroughly
Once your questionnaire arrives, I’ll go through everything carefully.
If needed, I may ask for a short video showing the behaviour.
I Contact You to Arrange Your Appointment
After reviewing your questionnaire, I’ll get in touch to book your consultation at a mutually convenient time.
Your Consultation Takes Place (Online or In-Person)
We’ll talk through everything in detail, identify the root cause of the behaviour, and begin a clear, personalised plan for your dog.
You Receive 3 Months of Follow-Up Support (Included)
After your session, you can contact me at any time for online advice for up to three months.
A relaxed no pressure call to help you decide on the right next step
If you’re unsure where to begin, this is the perfect place to start. Share what’s been happening and together we can look at what support may help your dog most.
