2. I review your case
Once your questionnaire has been submitted, I’ll review everything carefully.
If needed, I may ask for a short video to help me better understand the behaviour.

3. Booking your consultation
After reviewing your questionnaire, I’ll contact you using the telephone number you provided on the booking form to arrange your consultation at a mutually convenient time, either online or in person.

4. Your consultation & ongoing support
During your session, we’ll explore the behaviour in detail, identify the root cause and put a clear, personalised plan in place.
Your consultation includes three months of follow-up support, so you can contact me for online advice as things progress.
